15 February to 27 April 2025
We are proud to have certified 10 teachers as 200-hour Yoga Alliance–registered yoga teachers — the first RYT 200 yoga teachers in the Eastern Cape region of South Africa.
At the heart of our mission is the belief that yoga teacher training should be equitable, affordable, and accessible to all who genuinely wish to deepen their practice, become teachers of yoga, and bring yoga into their communities.
If you are interested in becoming a registered yoga teacher, be sure to check out our upcoming training programs.
Not looking to teach? This training is also a profound opportunity to deepen your understanding of all eight limbs of yoga and enrich your personal practice.
